Early bird — lifetime
While the offer is open, the Enterprise plan can be bought once, for life: ₹34,999, paid one time (the same plan is ₹59,990 for a single year on 12-month billing). It is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews, no mandate is taken, and every Enterprise feature is included for as long as Uttos exists.
Annual maintenance charge (AMC). From the second year a maintenance charge of ₹2,599 per year applies. It is billed once a year, and we tell you before it is due — it is not an auto-debit. Nothing else is ever charged on a lifetime purchase.
The offer is applied at checkout; there is no code. It applies to that plan only, and we may close the offer at any time — a purchase already made is not affected.

- A question is one question, in any language. Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Bengali, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Arabic or English all count the same.
- Spoken is the tighter number on purpose. A spoken question is the same answer plus listening and speaking, so it costs us about six times a typed one — and it also spends one of that day's typed questions.
- Everything else is unmetered. Items, parties, orders, dispatches, proforma invoices, purchase orders and reports have no count on them at all. The daily numbers apply only to asking Uttos.
- Your own branded phone app is an add-on on any plan, quoted separately. It is never bundled into a plan price.
When the day's questions are used up
It is a pause, not a lock, and it never costs you anything extra.
- Ask AK says so in plain words — "Today's questions are used up. The counter resets at midnight." — and offers you the next plan up. It does not guess an answer and it does not show you an error.
- Every screen in the app keeps working. Stock, orders, dispatch, invoices, purchase orders and reports are untouched. Only asking is paused.
- Voice is counted separately and stops the same way — before it listens, so nothing is spent on a question it will not answer. Typing keeps working after voice is used up.
- Both counters reset at midnight and the full allowance is back.
- Nothing is deleted, nothing is downgraded, and there is no overage bill. If you need more before midnight, you move up a plan — that is the only way the number changes.
Free trial
Every new account gets 7 days free. No card is asked for to start the trial. When the trial ends the account stops until you choose a plan — nothing is charged automatically, and nothing is deleted.

What is charged
- The plan price shown above, for the period you choose. Nothing else.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- The exact amount is shown on the payment screen before you pay.
- Monthly plans: the same amount is debited every month, on the mandate (UPI Autopay / card e-mandate via Razorpay) you explicitly accept at checkout, until you cancel. Razorpay tells you the amount and date before each charge, as the RBI's e-mandate rules require. Cancelling is one tap in the app; it stops the next charge and the term already paid for stays usable to its end. 6-month and 12-month plans renew the same way, every 6 months or every year, on the mandate you accepted. An Early bird lifetime purchase does not renew and takes no mandate; only its annual maintenance charge applies from the second year, billed once a year, and you are told before it is due.
How you pay
Card, UPI or netbanking, from inside the app, in Indian Rupees. You get a proforma invoice for every payment.
Start the 7 days without a card, as everyone does. Dirham subscriptions are invoiced by us directly — online card payment currently settles in Indian Rupees only, and we will not put a charge on your card in a currency you have not agreed to. Before your trial ends, message us and we raise the invoice in AED, with your TRN on it so you can reclaim the VAT. Bank transfer is fine.
Changing plan
You can move to a higher plan at any time from inside the app. A lower plan or a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access you have paid for.
