What is Uttos?
Uttos is an AI business manager for small and mid-sized manufacturers, traders and shops. Instead of filling forms, the owner speaks or types a request — “cotton shirt ka stock kitna hai”, “how much basmati rice is left”, “Royal ko 50 bori bhej do” — and Uttos reads or updates the business's own live data: stock, orders, dispatch, receivables and GST/VAT invoices.
Which languages does Uttos understand?
Uttos understands Arabic, English, Hindi and Hinglish, Malayalam, Urdu, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil and Bangla, by voice and by text. There is no separate command syntax to learn — the owner speaks the way he already speaks on the phone.
Do I need a computer or accounting knowledge to use Uttos?
No. Uttos runs on any Android or iPhone browser and installs as an app. It needs no typing, no accounting vocabulary and no training: every answer is a plain sentence, and every action is confirmed once before it is saved.
How much does Uttos cost?
Uttos costs ₹999 per month for Starter, ₹2,499 per month for Growth, ₹5,999 per month for Enterprise, with a Custom tier quoted on request. Six-monthly billing is 6 months for the price of 5 (one month free) and annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10 (two months free). Every account starts with a 7-day free trial that needs no card.
Can Uttos send a proforma invoice on WhatsApp?
It sends a proforma invoice, not a tax invoice. Uttos generates a proforma from an order — GST worked out for an Indian business, 5% VAT for a UAE one — and shares it on WhatsApp as a PDF or a photo, so the customer sees the bill inline without opening a file. Your tax invoice stays in your accounting software, where it belongs.
Does Uttos track credit (udhaar) and payments?
Yes. Uttos tracks what every party owes, oldest bill first, and deducts money already received so nobody is chased twice. Saying “Royal se pachas hazaar aa gaye”, or “the Sharjah supermarket paid fifty thousand”, records the payment and settles it against the oldest outstanding bills.
Is my business data safe with Uttos?
Each business's data is isolated to its own tenant and is never used to answer another business's questions. Uttos answers only from that business's own records and refuses to invent a product, party or figure it cannot find.
What happens to the stock and parties I already have?
You import them. Uttos takes an existing list of products, parties, rates and opening stock from a spreadsheet, shows you exactly what it read before anything is saved, and you correct it there. You do not retype years of records, and you do not start empty.
Can I take my data out if I leave?
Yes, at any time and without asking us. The owner can download the entire business as CSV files — every table, in one ZIP — and open them in Excel. It is your data; leaving is a download, not a request.
What happens when Uttos gets something wrong?
It is built to say it does not know rather than guess. If it cannot find a product, a party or a figure, it says so and asks instead of inventing one, and every action that changes your records is confirmed once before it is saved — so a misunderstanding costs you a re-phrase, not a wrong entry in your books.
